St. Louis Remedy User Group
The St. Louis Remedy User Group
meeting will be on January 23, 2003. The purpose of the STL-RUG is to
provide a forum for Managers, Administrators and Developers of the Remedy
Action Request System to discuss and share technical and professional
experiences.
Membership is open to everyone
interested in attending our meetings. STL-RUG meetings provide the opportunity
to network with other Remedy users in the St. Louis area. If you plan
on attending our next meeting, please RSVP , as space is limited .

The first STLRUG will be held on January 23, 2003 at the Radisson Inn - Clayton. The Radisson is located at 7750 Carondelet Avenue in Clayton, MO.

9:45AM - 10:30AM Web Services - Remedy – What are Web Services and why has Remedy chosen to support them in their 5.1 release of the Action Request System? In short, Web Services are the future of application integration. Web Services provide a standardized protocol for allowing disparate applications to pass information back and forth and represent a watershed development in the movement for ultimate compatibility between systems.

We will show two examples of how this new feature can be utilized, and step you through the simple process of setting this functionality up.
